Hillsboro West Storage is Hillsboro's finest storage center I have been renting a space at Hillsboro West since they opened. The place is number one in my book and I should know. Very clean and reasonably priced. Why go to the Big Boys with their orange paint. Hillsboro West's green is much nicer without doubt. Debbie keeps the place tip top.They even redid the entire facility due to cracks and gave a month's free rent for the inconvenience. Can you imagine the Big Orange doing that? Not in your life.

Outstanding Customer Service I am renting a storage unit with Hillsboro west side storage. Due to some unfortunate events in my life, I am currently homeless and my whole life is in my unit. Debbie a customer service person there is extreamly helpfull and understanding, she is always a pleasure to talk with and is very kind. Even though I am constantly late on my monthly payments because I am unemployed with no income. She dose everything in her power to help me and never judges me for my unfortunate situation. Great customer service This is the cheapest and cleanest facility I have seen! The staff is very nice and helpful! Like the fact that they call to give you a courtesy call so you dont get dinged with a late payment fee! Would definately recommend to others!Thanks Susan
It's the small things that make a difference Hillsboro West Self Storage is the nicest facility I've ever used, providing great value for my money. It is not only tidy and clean, it also has convenient hours and a very helpful staff. I was won over by the great utility carts on site to help me move my stuff in!
