I love my apartment here. The manager is extremely kind and friendly, hardworking, and does a great job of managing the place. The maintenance staff, actually one extremely efficient man, is top notch and addresses concerns immediately. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. We have a lot of inspections, but that is part and parcel of living in this type of building. For the rent I pay, I have no problem with it. The other residents are friendly and made me feel welcome.
