Everyone here was amazing. Both my daughter and I were seen, checked out and ordered glasses in a seamless manner. It was my daughter's first real eye doctor appointment and they made it fun and not stressful at all.
From my first call to the clinic to the exceptional follow up care from Dr Mary DeFrank, this is a top notch practice! The team is thorough, kind, and concise. Dr. DeFrank is brilliant as shown, not only by her professional competency, but also by her desire to leave no stone unturned. Whether you are five or 95, have minimal or complex medical issues, you will be served well here!
Receptionist was very friendly, rooming staff was friendly as well as the optical center , Kelly. My son is 5 yrs old and this was his first visit to this office. Staff made him feel welcomed and comfortable.
I went to the wrong office for my 3PM appointment. They were able.to fit me in at the Hillsboro office with no problems. Dr Goins and the reception staff were very kind and helpful.
Thank you for fixing my mothers glasses. It was truly a blessing that they were fixed as I waited.
