The sonic cleaning was new to me. It is less uncomfortable than the traditional scraping with metal, & my teeth feel different than they do after the metal scraping method.The hygienist and the dentist were both very friendly and easy to talk to.
This place was great! Everyone was really friendly and the service provided was very thorough! I just went in for a cleaning and it took over an hour! Some people might complain about that, but I was happy because it showed that they really took their time to make sure everything was in tip top shape, so I appreciate the time it took. Overall, terrific place and I plan to keep them for my future dental needs!
My husband and I have been going to Hillsboro Dental Excellence for a few years now. We always request Karen for our hygienist because of her high degree of competency and caring; but we are very impressed with the same treatment we receive from every member of the staff - from the office to the other hygienists and the wonderful doctors.
Courteous, helpful staff; friendly hygienist; thorough, friendly, and competent dentist that doesn't over-prescribe.
Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful and didn't make me feel like a total fool for having a bagillion and one cavities. Will come back and recommend for sure
I have been to a great many dental practices ever since I had issues as a child. I know what it feels like to be somewhere where you are just another body laying in the chair. The moment I walked into this office, I knew the doctors and staff were there because they wanted to be there. They walked a path in life which took them to a place where they could honestly care for people, not just show up for the paycheck. It would be in anyone's best interest to make this their dental care facility. I'm glad I did.
Today was my first appointment at Hillsboro Dental. The entire experience was wonderful (even considering I had to get a tooth pulled). Chelsea at the front desk was a sweetheart! I had Kendal and Dr. Zollinger working on me and let me tell you - I was so impressed with all! I look forward to being a new patient. Everyone was great about explaining everything, being thorough, proactive and very patient. This was a great experience! :)
Luke was able to eat today now that he is not in pain! We were able to get in quickly before our vacation - we are very grateful! Thank you
A trip to the dentist is NOT my idea of a fun time, but my recent experience was a very good one. No wait, people were nice and Dr. Z was right on time. I couldn't ask for much more than that. Thanks@
