Today was my first and last time doing business with “Regal Tire”. I had good luck for years at “Brooklyn tire” which was owned by the same person, but all good things come to an end. Between the tire installer tightening the lug buts on my truck with a impact and socket (not a torque stick, which he used first) he then told another employee not to bother torquing the lug nuts. I do not recommend this place at all. They charged me $50 for switching my tires with other ones I brought there. Then charged me $60 for the labor. On top of it all, the balder tires (the ones I went in with, that were in the front), ended up in the rear. This makes it harder to stop and fishtails in the rain. Also, spilled oil down the side of my engine during an oil change, went right down the spark plug as well. I drove it home with it billowing smoke and smelling horrible.
