great atmosphere, good food Hill's Cafe has a decent menu with home style cooking. The food is pretty good, similar to a lot of other restaurants around town. The atmosphere is great - loud music, friendly servers and a great patio with lots of live music. A fun place to go!
Live music, great food! Hill's Cafe has a great outdoor patio with a stage set up for live music. During the Spring/Summer months, they have a Tx music free concert series on Wednesday nights - lots of fun for people of all ages. The food is great... good ol' home cooking!
Great venue! This is a fun place to go for dinner, drinks, and tunes! The food is pretty good, there's indoor seating, an indoor bar area, and plenty of seats outdoors by the stage as well! Come for the music, stay for the atmosphere and the fun!
Best burgers in town Great burgers, great food all around, great atmosphere, and friendly staff. We eat at Hills Cafe regularly and I highly recommend it. Check out the back patio - which is legendary for its live music almost nightly.

We actually passed by and turned around--as if pulled to your door! I can't believe I've lived in S. Austin for 11 1/2 years, and have never been to your place!
