Sometimes hard to get a prompt appointment but Boynton is a good listener and I have had good treatment.
Absolutely horrible care and bedside manner. Dr Araya needs to have his license taken away! He is THAT bad and is combative and rude to any patients that have questions about their care plan. Don't waste your precious time or energy.
Completely useless. Maybe even criminal
UPDATE: Just spent my morning disputing collections! The amount they sent to collections was actually more than I ever owed and they admitted that no bill was sent. This practice lacks professionalism, basic administrative abilities and any concept of customer/patient care. I am extremely surprised at all the bad reviews. I scheduled an appt with them because I seen high reviews elsewhere. The office was very clean and staff was nice. The doctor I seen was also very nice. I was scheduled for a colonoscopy. A few days before my appt they called me saying I have to pay $680 procedure fee and $465 provider fee. I said wow this is the amount with my secondary ins also. They said they never put it through to my secondary. So if I would had paid that money I would had been ripped off.
