Poor service quality. Bought a new $50,000 Edge, and it has a bad vibration. Car shakes, steering wheel pulsates. After 6 visits, a new driveshaft, and a new tire, it still vibrates. I was able to get them to install a known good wheel set, and that helped them find the defective rim. They refuse to replace the rim because they say the vibration is within tolerance. That new drive shaft and tire could have been my wheel had they known what they were doing. Now I have a $50,000 vehicle I hate to drive.
My experance at Hiller Ford was Stress Free And Chad Braeger was very knowledgeable and helpful .. Would recommend doing business with Hiller Ford I know I will be a returning customer !!!
