We been here for almost 2 years and we like it .... The only thing I don't like is the high price for the pool...I like to come home late for work and be able to walked and have a space to park... Neighbor are great...
I have a question, I see lexington has issues, seems the both have the same, but hillcrest seems like there are worse issues, is this true ?? hillcrest sounds scary !! well both owned by same nasty guy but OMG !!
I have lived here at Hillcrest Apartments for almost 4 years now. I am very happy with my beautiful apartment.. I have had nothing but positive experiences with maintenance. The grounds are kept clean, the pool is wonderful in the summer..I have friendly neighbors. Some of my favorite things about this place is the adequate parking and when I come home late at night the lighting is good and I always feel safe. Great place to live.
Its a nice place To live. Everyone is pet friendly that i met anyway. The rent increases are a little too much on a 1 yr lease. The guys paving the lot are horrible. Its been about 2 wks and still not complete. I have seen stretch of highways paved in 3 days.

Nice place to live, but the rent is outrageous. Rent is raised over $50 a year with everyone and landlord is not friendly nor will he work with you if you're having trouble. If you are late once, he threatens you with a letter of eviction on the 3rd lateness. If anything, he should be happy when people are late because that's extra money for him in his pocket. In 10 years, I've only been late a couple of times. Am planning on moving out next year. Found a cheaper place with more bedrooms and garage included in rent.
