My dads ceiling for over a year
Don't go the worst place ever place is like the projects rats broken windows sex Offenders no heat mold paint peeling everywhere and idk where or when they took the pic for the web site and fb but it's so photo shop just take a ride by and look you rather live in Camden Nj and the staff don't know what the hell is going on they are all on cloud 9
3 years in a row! The heat has broken 3 years in a row! Always on the coldest days of the year! And when you call you just get generic answers that "they know" and it will be fixed by x time, and when x time comes and goes and its not fixed, it becomes y time, and then z time. When you complain to the office they proudly tell you that its a brand new $100k heating system, which breaks every year. This is why we are moving out and never looking back!
I currently live here and have had multiple bad experiences with the maintenance. They never fix the problems making it impossible to live normally. Currently my bathroom sink drain has been disconnected for 2 weeks and they have yet to come back and fix it. It's not the maintenance staff it's the super and higher ups not wanting to spend a dime on repairs, they just want everything fixed with bandaids.
My husband and I have been residents of Hillcrest Village for seven years since selling our home and downsizing. We have found this a wonderful place to live. The people are friendly and help each other out. We also cannot rave enough about the super Eric. He is very pleasant, and goes out of his way to make the tenants happy. Emergeny repairs are addressed as soon as possible and others in a timely fashion. Calls are always answered with friendly concern.. THANK YOU ERIC!! - Ann and Howard Frank

I love it here at Hillcrest Village. Don't understand the huge rent increases. It's really a large increase every year. I do love my apartment and my neighbors. Everyone here is so nice. Maintenance is absolutely wonderful. What a great group of guys! I would like it even more if Cellar Avenue looked as nice as Sweet Briar. I don't understand why it doesn't. I have been asking for the change but not going to happen I guess. But I do love it here!
