I went to Hillcrest Urgent Care two weeks ago for a covid test, NEVER received my results, and then received a bill for $150, despite being told at the time of the test that it would be free. I called the clinic to discuss my bill and was put on a ten minute hold and still haven't been able to resolve this issue. Do NOT come to this clinic if you expect to receive your results and up front pricing information.
UPDATE: I finally was able to go back to the clinic and talk to the doctor, who explained that the lab had lost my results. They waived my bill, which was a great relief to me. They also insisted on giving me a repeat covid test, which was unnecessary since my quarantine period was over, but I got my negative results in two days, which was reassuring. I’m sure the doctor here is great but the woman at the front desk was INCREDIBLY rude. It was clear she didn’t want to be there. When I handed her my insurance card she said told me “We don’t take that. We can’t accept everything!” I understand people have bad days but her attitude was unacceptable.
Kindest and most caring Dr. we have EVER seen! Have absolutely found our new urgent care for this area!

I just went in to try to get checked for what seems to be a migraine I’m having and I basically was turned away by the front desk woman who said there was nothing “he” could do for me bc they don’t have a CT Scan and he’ll just tell me to take Excedrin. I was so discouraged and upset because she was so rude. I didn’t even get the chance to meet the doctor because I was so turned off by her I had to leave.
Dr. Dawood is a trusted friend and physician. My family and I are grateful for his attention and care.
Best doctor ever, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
