I have contacted Bland Solar numerous times with no response. My solar panels have not worked properly for the last year. We have a 25 year warranty on them, but can get no help from them. They are producing less than 50% what they were producing a year ago. Very disappointed in their customer service. My solar panels are only 4 years old.
New to the area, had issue with A/C saw free visit from Monarch called them they never addressed my issue but left me with almost 4k items that I couldn't afford, told my neighbor this and he said he uses EMCOR. Called them got an appt right away, tech was on time, went thru my home and A/C outside throughly addressing issue I had told Monarch about, explaining a lot of detail I never knew about.
