Man was very curious and did a good job outside and inside. Told us a few other services they have available and we will do those next time we have service.
Technician Rolan serviced my HVAC unit recently. He was very friendly, helpful, polite and professional. Hillcrest has serviced my unit since its installation in 1997 and the unit has functioned efficiently all these years. I highly recommend Hillcrest for all your HVAC needs.
The overall experience was really good. Commitments were honored, original estimates/pricing was honored, quality of installation was very good, the technicians were professional, and the explanation of the system was thorough. Their scheduling process was exemplary, and they did great follow up to see how we were doing. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
A level of customer service far higher than I have ever before experienced. Service is prompt and efficient and they fully stand behind their work and products. When the package unit I purchased developed an issue with the heater they worked diligently to solve it and when it looked like there would be a several day wait on parts they rushed me out a pair of room heaters to get me through.
