Terrible place to live!! I have lived in this apartment in allouez for a year my ceiling leaked water on the lover level in took them 2 months to fix it, at the end of my lease i was broken into twice with no forced entry so some one had keys so that means my locks were never changed! You pay heat and electric (and the heat is electric heat) and since the windows are old my wps bill was $250 a month..... I WOULD NOT RENT FROM HILLCREST!!
Hates this place Colonial Court is a terrible place! I am renting what now is my second lease, our first year here was alright, but they had trouble with management not doing their job so the old manager was reassigned and its just been down hill from there. Its now June and our grass has maybe been cut 3 times, its long and gross, our landscaping is terrible (I hate having people over due to the appearance) Its a non-smoking complex and yet people smoke in the elevator and halls and garage. Pleased to rent from!!! I have been renting from Hillcrest for some time now and have experienced quite a few changes,but more recent since May I feel our property Allouez Parkway has changed for the best it has ever been! We now have a well seasoned and courtious,let alone compentent individual in Rick taking care of our maintenance calls and the neighbors I now have all seem to be respectful and kind,Lynn has done a wonderful job a managing what I feel is the greatest place to live,Thank You Hillcrest!!.
Good Management and Service Have dealt with several maintenence men who always are professional and try to quickly do their job without interfering with our family. The office has always answered my phone calls in a curteous manner and the Allouez Parkway Apartment property manager always has an open door and is happy to address any issues. They are wonderful about maintaining the yard and common areas too.
Insulted & Disappointed I have been renting from Hillcrest Properties for about 6 months now and have yet to feel welcome, respected or valued by the management & supervisory staff. Before moving into the apartment I requested that a few minor things be done (replace a broken under-counter lamp, have window shade polls installed so I could hang curtains, & to have exposed wiring covered) which the Apt Manager said she would take care of. None of these things were done. I had to go out and buy a new under-counter lamp and ins... read more
