no return policy Associate told me that if I was not satisfied or disliked my eyeglasses that no refund would be given. Overheard the associate tell another customer that there's nothing she can do about her lens constantly falling out. I recommend that you go somewhere with a legitimate return policy and quality eyewear.
Rude, poor service – Visiting Hillcrest Optometry was my worst optical store experience ever. The associate told me that I would NOT be given a refund if I was NOT satisfied with my glasses. What kind of return/satisfaction guaranteed policy is that? In addition, the associate was rude, terse, and ignored me throughout my visit, but was talkative and polite to white male and female customers.
