Great staff and doctors
I recently was admitted to Hillcrest Hospital via the ER for severe dehydration and low BP. Each and every exposure I had from admission at the ER to discharge was wonderful, caring and sincere. I will disclose that they did not appear to be terribly busy at the time I got to the ER, but the professional care I receive was impressive. I visited ER here due to migraines and leg pain. Never have had either of those in such extreme pain before. I then saw on my discharge papers that my BP was stage 2, high, so I question why they never re-checked it. I always have low BP. I still have headaches and may need to be seen again but not sure if it’s wise to return here.
I had a port put in for my oncologist two years ago. I loved the nurses and doctor who treated me at Hillcrest 2nd floor. The nurses were amazing, giving me such positive support that it made my fears melt away. They even gave me a handmade Christian keychain after they saw I had something similar on my purse. I will be back at Hillcrest this week for another reason, but intend to stop by and tell them I've never forgotten their kindness from 2 years ago.
Anyone who has issues or questions regarding their records have no one to assist them from this facility. Very poor service and negligent business practices to be found here. I have called many times and no one answers the phone. I have left messages which no one returns.
