Their system doesn’t work to schedule an appointment. It takes me to option 3 for scheduling which automatically connects me to some interpreter who asks me to call back or the automated recording asks me for a PIN. I talked to the personnel at option 1, explained the situation but they connected me to the same number asking for a PIN. Ive called several times now. I have been trying to call since 2:30 pm, and when I pick option 3, it tells me that my phone is not configured and then tells me I have to enter a PIN. I am trying to schedule an appointment. The last sleep study I had with you all was great.

If only I could give negative stars. My boyfriend Jacob Lanter has been trying to get in contact with them FOR MONTHS and nobody ever answers the phone or even calls him back. He got a sleep study done in June and when he called about it they said he has to do another one and they’d call to schedule. It is October 9th and he has still yet to have anyone go over his results or even explain why he has to do it again when he already completed one the beginning of June. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.
