Blood on the walls and cabinets in my husband’s pre-op bay. Infection risk and unsanitary.
Awful place the radiology dept guy (tall scruffy trying to grow a beard with glasses) had me waiting 20 mins and then tells me it will be another 20 mins after my appt time even though there was only ONE PERSON in the room (I was next) the whole time I was there one person, and I saw several staff in the office. What pissed me off is when I asked why so long he said “well you can always reschedule” right! After driving an hour there, Paying for parking by the hour and driving back an hour for nothing? Fantastic bed side manners in Labor and Delivery.
Very unprofessional people are not doing their job picking and choosing... I never got anything out of this place but fake paperwork.. cuz they never saw me but the paperwork had the doctors name and I never even met that person never left the waiting room till the sun came up ..
