Had a visit by ambulance to the E.R. for a heart attack, I thought. It was busy. They got me in and checked me out. It was only dehydration and fatigue. They treated me well from start to finish. Dr. Colleen Campbell is smart. I wanted to leave and go home, she was cool. She explained how they should keep me a little while for observation and IV fluids treatment. They even gave me food. My son was on vacation and was brought in through the emergency room for severe alcohol withdrawal. He ended up in the ICU and spent 5 days total at this hospital. My Mom and I flew in from Iowa and I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and the amazing staff. They treated us, and him, with such kindness and support and the care was phenomenal. Female patients Beware Non consented gynecological procedures done to female patients under anesthesia I was a victim of medical battery. I consented to and went under anesthesia for a bladder procedure. While I was under anesthesia a gynecological procedures was done to my cervix without my consent or knowledge. Only finding out after having to return to emergency room for pain and bleeding to find on radiology imaging changes, trauma to cervix that was not present in imaging done two months prior. Labor and delivery is horrible. Do not come to this location!!!! There is no waiting room for those that can’t be allowed in the room while delivery is happening. They want you to go to the cafeteria and wait there. After all the frustration there was 1 nurse that was kind and showed me where I could wait in the meantime. This place is very much outdated and they should have a waiting room closer to the delivery area!
I’ve been trying to get a hold of a real person/representative or any receptionist, I’m trying to get the location of my prescription changed to somewhere in the city I live in (Corona) because I ran out of my medication. I was out on hold 3-4 different times and I just got off a 14 hour shift at work and I’m just trying to get this over with, I finally reached a receptionist but I called the wrong department because primary health or whatever doesn’t handle prescriptions, so I have to be on a hold for another couple more ho... read more
