Called the front office after looking at the website to see who was accepting new patients. I wanted to get set up with a new provider and when the lady answered the phone she said none of their doctors are taking new patients and immediately hung up on me after I tried saying on their website it stated several doctors seeing new patients. No chance to say “maybe the website should be updated then”. Completely rude. I've been going to this practice for 30 years. Even when I can't see my primary provider, which isn't often, I've always felt like I was taken care of.
Hangs the phone up on you before you even get to talk to someone. They just pick up and hang up. Terrible
