I love going to Hillcrest Dentistry. Everyone is always encouraging and informative. You can ask them anything and it will be explained at the best level you need. All the work I've had done has been without any problems or flaws. I have been going thru breast cancer surgery and chemo & radiation. Everyone here has been so understang and thoughtful.
The doctor and assistant was very caring to my needs. They both made me feel very calm and assuring about my procedure
Dr. Ledford thoroughly explained my options for future procedures so when I left I was comfortable with my decision to proceed. She also gave me all the time I needed and did not try to rush me in any way.
Excellent staff
Michelle took great care of me, explaining everything as she worked. She put me at ease and made what could have been a difficult visit a breeze! The dentist answered all questions and offered treatment plan suggestions with detail. I have found my home dental office!
Caring staff. On time for appointments
Dental Hygienist performed the usual cleaning procedures in a professional and pleasant manner. Was concerned about making me feel comfortable during that time. Everything went fine.
