RecommendedI can’t rate this office on a 5 out of 5 scale... they’re worth way more than that. My experience started late one evening when my fiancé had a toothache and I texted my friend, Maggie, knowing her husband was a dentist asking if there was anything he could recommend for pain. I’ve switched to hillcrest family dental about 8 months ago. I needed a ton of work and dr Ross put together a plan working with my insurance to get my mouth healthy in a short amount of time. And it was pain free! Super happy with them and highly recommend!

I'm so grateful I was referred to Hillcrest! I've never met a more friendly staff and Dr. Ross is an amazing dentist. He's very attentive to your needs and makes sure you're completely informed and comfortable with the procedures done. I've never left a dentist office smiling like I do every time I leave Hillcrest. I would recommend it to everyone!
Cleaning was pretty normal, then went back and had dental work on front teeth. The staff was very concerned about my comfort during the whole procedure. They kept asking how I was doing during the procedure and received a phone call within 24 hours, asking how I was doing. :) My parents have been going here since Dr. Ross took over and they couldn't speak highly enough about him and his staff. My hubby also had 2 fillings done and was impressed with the work and concern of the staff. I highly recommend them :)
As someone who hates going to the dentist Dr Ross and his staff make it as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be! Tho my goal is for us to never sit in Dr Ross's chair again :) My 3 kids love seeing Ms Kathy every 6 months for their teeth cleaning (my husband and I too)!!! I don't know if I would go every 6 months if it wasn't for Kathy!!!! I would highly recommend Hillcrest Family Dental to anyone!
