Reviewed 01/24/2020 This place is TERRIBLE. The asian people who manage this place are complete SLUM LORDS. They lie and charge you late rent fees when you turn your rent in on time. Theres MOLD and COCKROACHES not to mention broken things in the unit that never worked and they wont fix. The dumpsters are always overflowing with TRASH spilling in to the parkinglots. This place is the worst STAY AWAY.
Though most the management on site in the office is great, Mindy is not and neither in the owner of the company. I have had ongoing maintenance issues that have yet to be resolved with the worst being mold. They just keep painting over it until they can't no more. Then aside from that, after over 3 years of residency they have decided that I can no longer have a ****Satellite because I do not have a south facing patio, but they won't move me to a unit where I can maintain my same preferred style of life.
