Caring nurses and doc was very nice. They took very good care of me.
POOR customer service. I needed to get information in regards to my wife's condition and was told that I could not speak to anyone directly. I was told by Bryan, the "charge nurse", that I must have my wife "relay" my questions back and forth. Now that is a bit difficult to do since she was very drowsy due to the medications which had been given IV. Seems like since Baylor Scott & White took over the quality of care took a dive. Again, terrible customer service as well as treatment.
Doctors are rude, unprofessional, and the least amount of care as possible is given one they find out you don't have high dollar insurance. I also ended up with a hospital acquired infection (C. Diff) and multiple blown veins from not monitoring I.v. sites as needed.
