Women's & Childrens Center is a joke. We won't be going back... kid was there last week - they said upper respiratory infection & they couldn't do anything for it. 5 month old now has a double ear infection & pneumonia- this ain't the first time... do yourself a favor and use the Urgent Cate in Bellmead or the Premiere ER in Woodway!
The ER was amazing. Especially the triage area, the nurses and everyone there where as nice as could be.
Apparently management and leadership all take a long week offer thanksgiving and just leave a small skeleton staff to take care of patients. Only excuse I can think of for this type of patient care. Poor leadership at this hospital. It all comes down to profit. Need to remove the Baptist name od'd the hospital.
I, have been to Hillcrest before. Today however I, hate I, decided to come here. I, have been here since before 3:00. I, have been in this room for almost an hour in pain. Guess what I, still haven't saw a doctor yet. So why call my name only to stick me in this room shoot don't call my name unless the doctor is ready. .
