A lot of disgusting sewage looking water came out of the drain in my kitchen sink ruining the dishes I had in there and flooding my kitchen. I had to throw away all the dishes in there and it left my kitchen/living room smelling horrible. I put in multiple maintenance requests to have it fixed and sink and kitchen floor cleaned because none of this was my fault as apparently all the water from the other apartment units had been flowing into my kitchen as I was told by the plumber. Welcome to Hillcrest Apartments! Where if you don’t have a pet, roaches will be provided to you, even if your apartment is spotless! Although my apartment was sprayed by a “pest crew,” the roaches came back within days. Also it comes with a complimentary filthy hallway and laundry room, which is also provided with roaches. They claim they have a cleaning crew that comes weekly to clean hallways and the laundry room but they have not been cleaned since probably Fall of 2025. Current resident. Love the living room and dining room. Maintenance request are fulfilled for the most part. I’ve been there for three years and I’m just sick of it. Hallways are constantly dirty, laundry room is constantly dirty, and recently had a problem with find roaches around the apartment. My apartment is spotless always but constantly see the critters. The cleanliness of neighbors are terrible.

First come trash and then crime follows! Excessive trash surrounding the apartment complex is obscene! Management lacks accountability and blames surrounding residents in the neighborhood meanwhile this is evident that tenants do NOT value the property and neither does property management! If management allows the outside property to look as such I’m sure maintenance issues within the apartment complex are also neglected. This was once a great area sadly

Building Exterior is unkept, trash on every extremity of the building and parking lot …welcoming to pest yet creating a major issue for homeowners that value the neighborhood and surrounding property due to increased trash and environmental pollution. Poor management on outside possibly worse for tenants. Definitely not the neighborhood residents …and if so infrastructure of proper building maintenance needs to be incorporated and/or security of facilities
