This is outrageously disgusting and an example of poor management. Look like management is only in the business of collecting tenants rent and is shows. This picture is perfect environment for pest and rodents. Within the past year this property drastically went down. Personally, I witnessed tenants purposely throw trash on the ground. This is horrible on tax payers and home owners that value their property and neighborhood.

I would not move here, property is collecting rent and nothing more!!!!! Building Exterior is unkept, trash on every extremity of the building and parking lot …welcoming to pest yet creating a major issue for homeowners that value the neighborhood and surrounding property due to increased trash and environmental pollution. Poor management on outside possibly worse for tenants. Definitely not the neighborhood residents …and if so infrastructure of proper building maintenance needs to be incorporated and/or security of facilit... read more

I lived here for a long time, but it has been getting worse recently which is why i moved. If you want peace, cleanliness and quiet, do not move here. My apartment itself was nice, however i had birds living up in the corner of the ceiling that were very noisy and i complained 4 times in a span of over a year and they would never fix the issue, would always just say " we will look in to it" and nothing get done. The property just needs updated. The hallways are not in good shape, the carpet is incredibly old and the walls ne... read more

A lot of disgusting sewage looking water came out of the drain in my kitchen sink ruining the dishes I had in there and flooding my kitchen. I had to throw away all the dishes in there and it left my kitchen/living room smelling horrible. I put in multiple maintenance requests to have it fixed and sink and kitchen floor cleaned because none of this was my fault as apparently all the water from the other apartment units had been flowing into my kitchen as I was told by the plumber. It has been 3 business days and they have no... read more

Welcome to Hillcrest Apartments! Where if you don’t have a pet, roaches will be provided to you, even if your apartment is spotless! Although my apartment was sprayed by a “pest crew,” the roaches came back within days. Also it comes with a complimentary filthy hallway and laundry room, which is also provided with roaches. They claim they have a cleaning crew that comes weekly to clean hallways and the laundry room but they have not been cleaned since probably Fall of 2025. If you want pet roaches and a disaster of a hallway... read more
