Service was terrible,placed a call-in order and it vanished.asked if i called the lowell store...i guess if i had,i would have gotten my food,huh?��
As always we enjoy the food and the exceptionally affordable prices....We usually have Trisha as our server and we receive excellent service...actually most all of the servers are good.....our only complaint is the restaurant could use a good scrubbing.
Good BBQ at a decent price. Friendly waite staff and great food. Get the ribs, you will not be disappointed.
Several of went to Hillbilly's Sunday June 11th for a Birthday celebration. It was was the worst service we had ever had. Our orders were lost when waitresses tablet died. No hush puppies till time to leave, had to ask for refills at different times. Salad bar was almost empty also. Will not go back for a while.
What's wrong with your telephone#. It rings 3 or 4 times and then it hangs up on you. What's up with that?
We come every other week ! Enjoy the steak so much that i have never had the bbq one i will try it but the hush puppies and barbecue sauce is really delicious See ya Thursday
