The reason I'm giving it a 1 star now us caused they got rid of the salad bar I loved going there I would go twice a week but know I will be going some where else thanks hillbilly's for getting rid of your salad bar I loved the barbecue too but as far as just returning for the barbeque no because I loved my salad with it
Quality of service and portions have went out the window. Save yourself time and go somewhere else. Purchased the “family pack bbq” replaced the fries with potato salad and it didn’t serve one person. Time before this I called in an order for the lunch special 30 minutes before it’s end, got there 15 minutes later then had to sit and wait for the cashier to finish up chatting with friends for not to be charged full price because she rand me up only 3 minutes past the lunch hour. Think this is my last trip here.

This was the second time we have eaten here. The food was good, the wasn’t long, and the service was great. Wonderful BBQ Sandwich and Mac and Cheese.
My family, friends and I have been enjoying food from Hillbilly’s for years. The service is good, the people friendly and take out is usually ready to within 10 to 15 minutes. We have had many a family birthday celebration there and they always do a great job. Last August while we celebrated my mom’s birthday, an employee came in just to work our party. She was so helpful and kind. The pork ribs and sliced pork sandwiches are very tasty! Keep up the good work!
