Medical assistant had blood pressure cuff on too tight, which caused me to scream out in pain. My arm was bruised from it. As she went to get me an ice pack, I could hear other employees right outside my exam room door laughing, as I sat in the room alone crying out loud in pain. It's a shame because I really liked this practice, but unfortunately their employees need to learn compassion and empathy. Needless to say, I won't be returning here as a patient.
Doesn't get any better thendr Landon been around 72 years the best and most professional doctor who's ever treated me.
