Super knowledgeable, down to earth, explained things in a way that I understood, kind and not intimidating to my kids.
I have been a patient for many years. Even through patient loads for doctors are heavier than ever this office treats me very kindly and knows who I am. Every health issue I have had has been addressed quickly and with care by Dr Gradner and her staff. Dr Gradner has been a stalwart advocate for my health and well being. She explains conditions, medications and always offers great solutions and alternatives in the most supportive way possible. Her observations and diagnoses are always SPOT ON. i had her as my doctor when i was younger. she was amazing. when i found out i was pregnant i imediately wanted her for my childs pediatrician. i cant wait to walk into her office after my baby is born and know my baby has the best doctor taking care of her.
I am not sure the reason this office even has phones as you very rarely get someone and messages are never returned. It seems that this office, and maybe the whole area organization want you to exclusively use the ‘ health portal ‘ which is infuriating as it requires a new password everytime you log on. If this is the future if health care, it stinks!

My 13 year old daughter is being treated by Dr. Simmons for a variety of conditions including Anxiety, OCD and Tourette Syndrome. She first saw him when she was in preschool. We have always found Dr. Simmons to be very thorough, patient, empathetic and kind. Dr. Siebeneck is unconcerned with patient wellbeing and spreads misinformation in order to make her job easier. She claimed that biologics are 'cancer drugs' and an otherwise healthy person should feel comfortable using topical steroids for 2 or more years. While biologics are used in cancer treatment, universally dismissing the group of drugs seems only to be a way for her to decrease the amount of work she needs to do to help her patients.
