Dr. Siebeneck is smart, kind and a wonderful dermatologist. I’ve been seeing her for many years and she’s never been anything but kind and happy to see me. I enjoy our chats and I always leave knowing I was in good hands.

I have been a patient for 16 years. Dr. Siebeneck is a very experienced medical dermatologist and has diagnosed two basal cell carcinomas. I am grateful for her expertise in caring for my skin. She takes the time to reassure me and I feel I am in capable hands. I recommend her highly based on my experience.

Not only a terrific physician, very smart and professional, but unusually personable and compassionate. We trust her completely. Also, great staff, which is never something one can take for granted.

Long wait times at every visit (mine were in the morning). I caught on eventually her office books multiple patients at the same time and makes them all wait. In my experience, Dr. Siebeneck walked in with a drink in hand, felt she rushed through the appointments, talks fast and overall I felt rushed the entire time. Total time she spent with me each appointment was about 2-5 minutes perhaps. It pains me to write this but other people should know it just didn't feel like a great patient experience. Dr Siebeneck should be ashamed of herself. I waited 4 months for an appointment only to be seen for 40 seconds. She sat way across the room from me, never once looked at my skin, and then proceeded to tell me to go and buy Aveeno Eczema over the counter cream. As I proceed to check out, I attempted to ask question through the window and she had the audacity to slide the glass close as she was responding although I was not finished. Frustrated at how I was just treated, I left and WILL file a complaint.

I've been seeing Dr. Siebeneck for over ten years. She has done excellent work taking care of my sun damaged skin. I see her 2-3 times a year as melanoma runs in my family. She works very quickly (sometimes seems rushed) but always addresses my health issues and is considerate when answering any questions I may have . The staff is ALWAYS friendly and courteous.

Great doctor, terrible and incompetent office staff. They dropped my insurance over 6 months ago and never sent any notification. When I arrived for my appointment I was told and couldn't see the doctor/had to cancel.

I have been going to Dr. S twice sometimes 3 times a year, she is so sweet and caring. Dr. S. always asks at the end of our session if there are any questions or concerns. The only thing I would love to see are paper gowns supplied, and would be grateful if they had a system in the office to remind patients of their upcoming appointment. If you feel your waiting I am sure its because of unexpected issues of the patient before you or the doctor is answering questions and concerns.

Absolutely horrid. 3-6 months for any appointment, considers nothing an emergency. Chronically rushed, can't get you out of her office fast enough, so hard to understand why her wait times are 45+ minutes. Cares little for patient problems. Sends wrong prescriptions or the same one over and over without consult. Office staff are rude and talk over you and ask you to repeat answers you have given several times because they don't listen. Go ANYWHERE else, you are better off!
