I have a rental property in Modesto. When we bought we knew the hot water heater had an issue because the home inspector pointed it out. He said we needed a new one. The PG&E guy who came to light the pilot when we started service basically said the same thing. Cory came out and took apart the thermostat and sensor for the pilot, cleaned it, replaced it and everything worked fine. He saved me a lot of money and only charged a minimal service fee since there were no new parts to buy.

Cory saved the day! We had family in town for a forth of July party and our air conditioner wasnt cooling like it should . I called Hill Systems and Cory came out right away , eventhough it was forth of July . He quickly found the problem, fixed it and didnt even charge an arm and leg even though it was a holiday . He was so nice and personable. He truly made me feel comfortable . Thanks again Cory !
