Very rude receptionist. Wouldn't give a quote over the phone even though I had all the information they needed as well as my insurance information. They wanted me to come into the store to use a high pressure sales tactic and waste my time. Do not go to this company, plenty of other eyewear companies out there to go to.

Awful experience two years in a row. Last year I had to make three appointments, each one weeks out as the appointments kept somehow dissapearing. The final time I came in and there wasn't an appointment for me the owner gave me a 5 minute pat on the head sort of eye exam and just reissued my prescription from the previous year. This year my PWA card had been rolled into a HSA card and I didnt have the new card yet.
