If you like to be treated with respect and professionalism, DO NOT go to this office. Last year, I had a fiasco with my contact lenses where the girl at the front desk had absolutely no idea what she was talking about. I was extremely nice, tried explaining the situation but was still met with extreme attitude. She finally realized she was wrong and apologized. Love Dr. Delugan- very happy I followed him to his Braintree office. He is absolutely worth the extra 20 minutes from Marshfield. Thorough exams and huge choices of frames.
I would recommend Dr. Delugan to anyone looking for an eye care provider.
Dr. Tchao is thoroughly, knowledgable and friendly. I had a great experience at Blue Hills Eye Assoc. The front desk was also very welcoming.
