They employ pushy door to door sales people
The shiny silver on the back of the trucks is a driving hazard.
NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE! They don't know what they're talking about, don't understand their own pricing and overcharge you for stuff they don't do. They're charging me $75 for a "Leak Test" where they claim the delivery driver went around to every gas appliance and sprayed it with a leak detector. They also weren't sure what to call the "Delivery Fee". I suggested calling it the DELIVERY FEE!!! We had a line on our propane tank break, and it emptied our tank, so we called to have it refilled after we replaced it and the lady we spoke to was so rude. We have 10 month old, and when we told her she can’t go without heat, so we’d like to get someone out as soon as they can, she told us “that we should have planned ahead and gotten the tank filled before it got too cold, so it’s on us for being unprepared.” Do better Synergy.
