I called regarding a property I would like to look at today. I am excited and getting approved isn't an issue. Julie wanted us to get pre-approved before SHOWING the home. When I asked why, she stated that her office is really far from the home. As a prospective buyer I am offended. She didn't have the time to show the home? What if we didn't like it, why get pre-approved for this home? Is she kidding? No. They have zero customer service. I would avoid this group like the plague. I have had a house under contract that these people listed since January. There have been many problems, not all related to hill, but the thing that stands out the most I the lack of communication. The person who processes paperwork and schedules everything does not even come in until 3:00pm. Day after day gets wasted waiting on this guy to get his stuff together. I am about to give up and find another house.
