This is from Tracie Long Dr. Munoz and staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. He had me go without my meds ive been on for 8 years for one whole week.He kept saying he sent the medication and i said they dont have it.this went on from Friday through Wednesday they even quit taking my calls and hung up on me. Finally on Wednesday I had to get the Administrator involved and had my prescription in 2hours.
Yelled at me and made me feel stupid when I asked about a drug I had been on before. If I could give 0 stars I would! Watch out for this Dr!

Well, I just had my 1st phone appointment as a new patient, never spoke to any doctor, until today. I had an appointment last Wednesday, but I was called and told that he had to move everything to the next week. So, 2mos, 2 weeks, and 2 days since my last prescriptions were filled. I called earlier today to make sure they received my records from my previous psychiatrist, which they got them, but for some reason, when Dr. Munoz called me almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time.
