Excellent first appointment Listens and asks a lot of questions very caring
Well, I just had my 1st phone appointment as a new patient, never spoke to any doctor, until today. I had an appointment last Wednesday, but I was called and told that he had to move everything to the next week. So, 2mos, 2 weeks, and 2 days since my last prescriptions were filled. I called earlier today to make sure they received my records from my previous psychiatrist, which they got them, but for some reason, when Dr. Munoz called me almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time. I remember goin here as a kid 13-16 I absolutely loved my doctor I’m 30 now and will always remember him!
Went once. Dr Munoz was fine but.....he wrote a script and he/his staff failed to sign it and when I called regarding it I left 3 messages in 3 days and NO ONE returned my call. Appointment was at 1:45 waited over 2 hours. Dr wasn't in his parking spot when I arrived and waiting room was full.
I can't with this negativity....i have been seeing Dr. Ceasar Munoz , for going on about 10 years now. This staff is always friendly and they care. Dr. Munoz is the Best Doctor i have ever seen in 46 years. I would highly reccomend him. The Best Doctor Alabama has to offer.
