I’ve had such a great experience with Kimberly Rakes (Kim) at Hill Court Apartments. From day one, she’s been nothing but kind, helpful, and easy to talk to. She really treats residents like family, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. Anytime I’ve needed something, Kim has been quick to respond and always willing to help. The property manager Ms Kim was very nice she always went above and beyond for her tenants and she helped anyway she could. I would definitely rent from her again
Great management, Kimberly made my moving process so simple and easy. She is so sweet, respectful, keeps her word and is always available. Great place move.
Extremely disappointed for the price of $875 a month for a one bedroom & one bathroom we had multiple issues. Since the day we moved in (October 10th 2025) we have had multiple broken dishwasher installed, the AC was not working we got it fixed once and it broke again, we’ve experienced seeing roaches and rats. These apartments need to be renovated and deeply cleaned. We ended up breaking our lease due to inhumanity.
