roaches everywhere. proper management never answer calls,texts,emails. there's mold everywhere. moved in march 20th and have had multiple problems dishwasher does not work, there fridges do not work, and they put in new floors in the kitchen but did not install properly so when you clean the floors the flooring comes up and the floor under is so nasty it looks like cat remans that have never been cleaned it is awful. they tell you they come in every 2 weeks to spray the place so not bugs come in that is A LIE. this place is ... read more

Kim has been an absolute delight to work with from day one! We haven't moved in yet, but since the day I contacted her about an application she has been friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. She has been flexible with us, working around our work schedules and the issues we've had with the place we're moving from.
