Do not rent from this property management company. I live near 2 homes Lee manages and he will charge you fake fees when you move out. I have witnessed this with EVERY renter. Go with an honest propert management company. The homes are not maintained. He does the bare minimum and will not return your texts or calls. Read all the other reviews here and Yelp and BBB.
Lee is a Crook. We recently got out of our 4 year lease at 1522 van horn Dr. It was a 2 story house 3 bedrooms and it was very poorly taken care of and in bad condition when we moved in. Tammy M. There the review that was right at the top is dealing with the same thing we are at the moment almost down to the letter. BE AWARE of This Management Company! We were recent tenants of a home in Whitestone Oaks. The landlord/owner resides out of town and uses Hill COUNTRY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: 4202 Spicewood Springs Rd. Austin Texas. This company took $1,970.00 of our deposit using inflated cost justifications and violated the terms of the lease, by charging for minor issues listed as covered under “Normal Wear and Tear”.
