I just moved into my new room at the Hill Country Place Apartments and couldn't be happier. The staff and management here have gone out of their way to help me get situated and comfortable. The check-in process was a breeze and the superhero theme was entertaining. I want to give a special thanks to Melissa and Celeste for a welcoming experience and giving me an "at home" feel at the Hill Country Place Apartments.
I've been living at HCP for almost 2 years, and this place is definitely home! Maintenance staff, property manager, and office staff are all on FLEEK! I'm going to be sad when I have to move away :(
Thank you so much to the staff of Hill Country Place!! Y'all made my experience so worthwhile! 3 years of great fun and a room full of sweet memories! I've lived at Hill Country for the past 2 years and had nothing less than a wonderful experience! The front office/management is great and always there to help you. Maintenance is awesome and usually fixes your problems in the same day. Always throwing events for us poor college kids which is very nice. Overall, I have enjoyed living here and have had no problems in the past couple years! Highly recommend living here :)
Don't stay here. Bad security (the guy is always on his phone hanging out), they never get things done. My boyfriends apartment was robbed and his roommates were held at gunpoint. They kept saying they would get more security after the first incident...of course nothing happened. They didn't bother offering to move them to a different building for safety.
