RecommendedThe staff is so friendly and the managers genuinely care about the well-being of all the residents. If you have any questions or concerns staff and/or management is very quick in getting whatever you need figured out for you or answering your questions. There is always events going on around the complex to make sure everyone feels welcomed and feels more like a community and/or just to have a good time or hang out. Great apartment complex to live at. It’s close to the school which is nice, the amenities and the game room and gym in the front office are great. Staff is very nice. Overall great value
Great living spaces and awesome staff!
I’ve lived here for almost two years and I have loved my experience here. The fact that the staff takes time to learn names and faces, really sets them apart from other apartments. The bedrooms are pretty spacious and clean. I highly recommend these apartments for incoming freshman.
I’ve lived here since my freshman year of college. Hill country Place has provided tons of comfort, security, and meals! The staff is incredibly caring, willing to help, and always welcoming. I’d recommend HCP to all of my friends and their friends as well! 10/10 in my book!
Management needs to listen to their residents instead of ignoring them when a issue arises.
Worst place to live ever. If they like you they’ll be nice and if they don’t they won’t even speak to you. They charged me over $600 in damages and not my roommates. I have texts to prove it. I have tried contacting, calling, and emailing and he says 72 business hours well it’s been 9 days. He told me on the phone he would send me the exact reason I got charged and I still have not received. Managers and maintenance will barge in your apartment and are more immature than college students. 0 stars from me find a better place ... read more
My daughter and my money live here and I’m disappointed at the lack of care and upkeep of these apartments. She’s had problem after problem and you just can’t get her taken care of. She’s been dealing with this wet ceiling for almost a week and you didn’t do a thing. Last night she calls telling me it’s raining in her apartment - the ceiling is dripping in two places - and your maintenance guy could only complain about how he had to deal with this.
