Hill Country Place is by far the best apartment complex designed for student living in the UTSA area! The management team truly care about their residents, especially the property owner Mickey! Always have had a great experience at Hill Country Place and their rooms are incredible! P.S. Scott in the front desk provided me excellent support when I signed my lease! Look no further, Hill Country Place is the place to lease at!

S/o to Baylee and Mickey the best two. There's always free food and fun events,m. I love how there's a walking trail right in our backyard and they're pet friendly
cant wait to move here in the fall. i am at the reserve (which is now owned by peak campus thank god) but like that hill country has one bedrooms! sucks that i have to be homeless for two weeks because they dont allow me to move in early with no family in town but i guess its worth the wait.

I lived at Hill Country Place for almost 4 years and that alone speaks for itself. The property is at a fantastic location close to campus. The HCP staff is amiable, professional, and always ready to help. Maintenance promptness to address issues with the apartment is exceptional. The apartment itself is wonderful and spacious. Amazing staff and fun events, hill country is all around a really cool place to live
My favourite Student Complex housing at UTSA! The staff are the absolute best, you will not find anywhere as nice and friendly as this place. The staff really care about their residents and go above and beyond to make it enjoyable for everyone. The prices are great. The events they put on every month are so much fun, it definitely feels like a family. I've been living here 6 months now and haven't had one problem! Love it!
