I have never had any problems with your site until this last fall when I needed some parts ASAP. Ordered the beginning of September and still are waiting for them, it is now Dec. still waiting on a Email to say they are delayed and why that is so. ven that no longer matters as I just now have cancled that order. I have however ordered tires that I hope to have by spring when I will need them.
They don't answer phone, voicemail,and will put your pH. number on block if you do get answer,1 11/2 hours later.Cub cadet should take them off their repair shops,totally insulting the name of a pretty good product.All customer reviews were 1 star,.Come on CC,you're better than this

When talking to customer service all they could say is " the website says will ship from our warehouse in 6-12 buisiness days, We have to order it from manufacturer" Very deceptive!

Unfortunately, my experience with Partstree.com is not a very satisfying one. After I had placed my order and paid for the products and shipping I received an email saying that they now need more money for shipping because what was displayed when I paid was incorrect. It is not my fault that your website does not display the correct information. Watch out for this company. They go by the name www.partstree.com as well. I was quoted a shipping cost of $7.50 when I ordered online - only to be emailed a day later asking for an additional $182.00 for shipping. What a bait and switch! I found an alternate vendor who shipped the product to me for $150 less than this company.
Very helpful and parts are always spot on. Interactions with customer service were always positive.
