My wife and I had a very positive experience dealing with Derek and Hill Country H20. Derek was nice and normal! Hill Country H20 was upfront about pricing and financing. Derek gave us multiple options to pick from that could fit into our budget and needs. On installation day, the work crew was professional, quick, and very clean. Great company!
My husband is a 20 year cancer survivor so superior clean water is a major concern for us. Derek was able to patiently prove to me that his systems clean out all the chlorine and chloramines which get absorbed into our bodies at very high rates during a hot shower. Our old system was failing in this area. Fantastic experience! They go out of their way to make sure to explain their available products, listen to any questions and concerns and were happy to work out install around our busy work schedules so that we did not need to take time off. To top it all off, they came in at under half the cost of a company we had officially consulted with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a water treatment system in their home!
Derek and his crew went out of their way to make sure our soft water system was operating perfectly. They even came out on a Saturday to recharge our soft water tank. They provided the Best service possible.
