Excellent. My water softener was installed 4 years ago and I have received outstanding service.
I Highly recommend Derek Hill with Hill Country H2O. He is a very knowledgeable professional. My Water Softener system was stuck running its cleaning cycle, wasting lots of water. I contacted Derek, sent pictures of my system to him, he was able to get the parts and came over. Thank you for fixing my Water Softener!

I recently moved to Bertram. I contacted Derek (owner) and he personally came out to the house to test the water. It was bad!! He recommended a specific system as well as a certain blend that would benefit my application. The price quoted was very fair and included everything there where no hidden fees. I highly recommend Derek and his crew. Derek came out and explained how the system worked and after deciding which system was best for our needs he had us scheduled the very next day. Along with the water softener I recommend getting the RO system. The water is so good and the convenience of not having to buy water bottles is a plus too.
