All was great other than sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes.
Called Mon 8am about a filling that came put on the previous Friday evening. Initially the next available appt was 10 days later, which was not satisfactory - but I was also told they would check with the doc and see if anyone could see me sooner. Also said they would call in case of a cancellation - which happened very quickly, and I was seen at 4pm that same day. The thought of waiting 10 more days was distressing, but they were able to take care of it by the end of the day which was excellent.
There is absolutely nothing I could suggest to you guys. You have it all under control. I expect exceptional service and have always gotten that from E.C. . Now that he has retired he definitely turned it over to a great group of new Doctors. I feel comfortable continuing with my dental needs. Bev is my very favorite Hygentist in my entire dental experience. I can only thank you for all you guys do in such professional perfection.
To date, I have not met one employee who is not friendly or helpful. Very strange to say, but I've ALWAYS enjoyed my visits to this dentists' office!
Since the average age of your patients is 70, according to the hygienist, I feel the computerized phone use is more for the benefit of the dentist, rather than for the benefit of the patient. I do not like talking or listening to a computer system from the dental office I used to consider a very personal relationship, talking to real people.
