I came in as a new patient of Doctor Hill, for a refraction exam in February 2026. My eyes had not been checked in over 31 years, and they had never been completely checked. I had more thorough examinations in March and in April, and I was content to wait until August for a followup, and then life happened. Today is not the 1st time this has happened. All of the patients are standing outside awaiting g for the office to open but it hasn't. One elderly patient was dropped off by Uber & was standing outside since her arrival!!! THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE!!! No call to all these patients to let them know that the office was closed but they sent confirmation emails all weekend and this morning!!!
