DO NOT RENT FROM MORGAN PROPERTIES. Morgan Properties only cares about the money. I had to move out of a different apartment due to roaches, and they do not care that we had throw almost everything away, find a new place to live, or the health concern. I found a roach on my child’s face in the middle of the night, gave my 30 day notice, didn’t make any noise or fight while leaving, and they still want to charge me over $3000 for ending my lease early.
