I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment because they offer the option of filling out paperwork before your visit. Everyone was very friendly, and it was a pleasant experience.

Dr. Dotson is very knowledgeable and all of his staff are welcoming. They all make the process as comfortable and painless as possible. To make you feel relaxed they now offer complimentary paraffin wax hand treatments and hot towels for you neck! I recommend them to everyone!
