Mona does a great job cleaning teeth. The hand wax was also a nice touch!
Teeth Cleaning & checkup Hygienist was friendly, she had a soft touch in cleaning my teeth. I appreciated the warm towel for my neck during the cleaning, very relaxing. I also appreciate Dr. Dotson's listening to my concerns and have solutions to my question.

I have been going to Dr. Hartz ell for over 5 years and she has been great. The dental assistants have been very professional and good. They have always been on time and have worked me in when I've had an emergency.

Excellent customer/patient mindedness Very well managed/directed dentistry. Acceptance of, and capable/affirmative responsiveness to, my request for no mercury - a deal breaker - nor fluoride also was especially well received. Happy & courteous staff throughout. Go there you will be happy you did.
