Until recently, it was a very nice place. The office and maintenance staff are stellar, but the owner literally drives around in a convertible to find things to complain about. Between that, the inability to renew our lease, and the obvious event of kicking people out to "renovate" apartments by changing the carpet and blinds. I would say you get what you pay for, but I doubt these teeny apartments are under $500 anymore.
