I was referred here by my PCP 2 yrs ago. Due to a paperwork glitch, it took 4 months to get in to see Dr. Hilgenhurst. When he found out what had happened, he apologized and worked very hard to fix the problem and earn my trust. I am glad I stuck with the process and waited instead of finding a different doctor, because I couldn't be happier. I drive in 2 hours from Decaturville, Tn. just to see Ms. Pamela and Dr. Hilgenhurst. I love coming to Southern Hills to see them both.
My husband and I both are at this clinic and we are treated with the highest respect. The doctor's and staff are very professional but you really feel like family. We appreciate everyone of them for taking care of our needs. Thank You!
