I've been here twice and the first time the experience was fine so I went back again to get my bracelet fixed. However, the owner was very brazen and didn't look closely at what was broken and just bent it back in a way that didn't match at all. I will never take my business back here again.
Hilderbrand was wonderful to work with. I need a ring to be resize and two rings solder together. They were quick to complete the job within a couple of hours so I can enjoy my beautiful piece of jewelry.
Hilderbrand is the only jeweler in the area I trust! I have used them twice now to fix and/or adjust my engagement ring and their prices cannot be beat. I went to a jeweler in Round Rock Outlets and was quoted $400 to fix my ring. I took it to Hilderbrand and they fixed it SAME DAY (less than two hours) for $35. Everyone you interact with deeply cares about what they do and the product they produce. Do not look anywhere else for your jewelry needs! I will be back!
Ive been coming here for a few years now. What awesome service, and work quality. Usually they do repairs within an hour or 2 when i bring them in, they clean my pieces up really nice as a bonus, and their pricing is VERY reasonable for repair work. Do not hesitate to bring your stuff here for any repair, top quality. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
